Welcome to Wonderland, Niccon.
Terry will tease you if you call him Mr. Moore. Modest, friendly type.
Don't feel bad if Terry doesn't reply to your
post. Between writing & drawing the comic, and other work on the side, and doing cons &
signings & promotional whatnot, and having a personal life outside of his profession, it's
a miracle he has any time to post at all.
Of course, now that I've opened my mouth, how
much ya wanna bet he responds anyway?

H'lo all.
I became addicted to SiP because my cousin collects it. Whenever I visit her, I confiscate her books for the duration of my visit so I can re-read all of them, and read all her new issues!
Just saying hello to everyone.
Just one quick aside to Mr. Moore (Terry? I dunno what the heck to call people any more, in public school it was: Adult? Call 'em Mr. or Mrs. So-and-so. High School: Usually the same, with some exceptions. College: I just don't know any more. Oh, well.)
I was just wondering if, on an off chance, you'd heard the song from Final Fantasy VIII called Eyes on Me. It seems that people tend to either like it or hate it. I like it. I figured you might, too. Or not. *Shrug.*
Later, all!

Hi. Thanks for the welcome.
Heh, okay. I just never know about names these days.
Actually, if Terry has an email address he checks, I could send him the lyrics to the song and a fairly decent MIDI I have of it. I just think he might like it.

Okay, thanks. I just figured that an email sent from the email link would go to the SIPNet administrators, not Terry, since the link says "Email SIPNet."

Eyes On Me - sang by Faye Wong
Whenever sang my songs
On the stage, on my own
Whenever said my words
Wishing they would be heard
I saw you smiling at me
Was it real or just my fantasy
You'd always be there in the corner
Of this tiny little bar
My last night here for you
Same old songs, just once more
My last night here with you?
Maybe yes, maybe no
I kind of liked it your your way
How you shyly placed your eyes on me
Oh, did you ever know?
That I had mine on you
Darling, so there you are
With that look on your face
As if you're never hurt
As if you're never down
Shall I be the one for you
Who pinches you softly but sure
If frown is shown then
I will know that you are no dreamer
So let me come to you
Close as I wanted to be
Close enough for me
To feel your heart beating fast
And stay there as I whisper
How I loved your peaceful eyes on me
Did you ever know
That I had mine on you
Darling, so share with me
Your love if you have enough
Your tears if you're holding back
Or pain if that's what it is
How can I let you know
I'm more than the dress and the voice
Just reach me out then
You will know that you're not dreaming

Hehe, yep, that's the one.
Actually, Terry might also like Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec if he knew the translation - it's a actually pretty cool piece of poetry when it's in English.
